“シャトー・イケム・ドライ”として知られるY d’Yquem（ワイ・ディケム）2022は、甘口ソーテルヌの名門「シャトー・ディケム」が造る希少な辛口白ワインです。セミヨンとソーヴィニヨン・ブランをブレンドし、6〜8g/Lの残糖ながら、しっかりとした酸味とミネラル感が際立つ、爽やかでエレガントな仕上がりです。

Product Description (English)

Known as Château Yquem Dry, the Y d’Yquem 2022 is the rare dry white wine from the legendary Sauternes estate. Made from a 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Sémillon blend, it’s crafted with only 6–8 g/L of residual sugar, giving it crisp acidity and vibrant minerality with subtle elegance.

Château d’Yquem is the only estate ranked Premier Cru Supérieur in the 1855 Sauternes classification. The Ygrec (“Y”) cuvée was first produced in 1959 and has been made annually since 2004.
