is the pinnacle of Jean-Claude Mas's passionate premium range. This 2019 vintage uses grapes selected from various plots in Languedoc, and perfectly balances power and finesse. With its rich fruitiness, velvety tannins, and complex flavors due to aging, this is truly a masterpiece worthy of being called "Grand Vin."

🍇Varieties used : Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache
🍷Vinification : Hand-picked grapes, then cold maceration → Fermentation in stainless steel tanks → Aging in French oak barrels (mostly new) for 12-16 months → Aging in amphorae and egg-shaped cement tanks
