Wine Overview:
Clos des Mûres is a powerful and expressive red wine that beautifully reflects the terroir of Languedoc. Dominated by Syrah, it’s full-bodied and packed with depth—ideal for hearty meals and slow evenings.

Intense aromas of blackberry and cassis with hints of roasted coffee, spices, violet, and toast. The palate is smooth and layered, with polished tannins and a long, elegant finish marked by notes of vanilla and dark fruit.

• 5% Mourvèdre

Vinification & Aging:

• Each variety is vinified separately with 8–10 days of fermentation at 28°C

• 20% undergo malolactic fermentation in barrel
