ドメーヌ・パランが手がけるポマール・レ・ノワゾン 2019は、フィネスと力強さを兼ね備えた洗練のブルゴーニュ赤。ビオディナミ認証を取得した畑で育てられたブドウから丁寧に醸され、果実味と複雑さが見事に調和した逸品です。

🍷 醸造・熟成：低温浸漬（3〜5日間）後に発酵。フレンチオーク樽（新樽30％）で14ヶ月熟成。
