2021年ヴィンテージは、グルナッシュ、シラー、ムールヴェードルをブレンド。赤い果実やスパイスの風味に、ほのかなスモーキーさが感じられます。滑らかなタンニンとしなやかな酸があり、和食との相性も抜群です。

Crafted by Jean-Claude Mas in the sunny Languedoc region, this cuvée reflects his philosophy of harmony with nature. After acquiring the estate in 1999, he transitioned to organic farming and adopted biodynamic methods in select parcels. No herbicides or chemical fertilizers are used—just respectful viticulture that enhances the expression of the terroir.

The 2021 vintage blends Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, delivering ripe red berries, subtle spice, and a gentle smokiness. Smooth tannins and vibrant acidity make it an ideal companion for food.
